  I walked in at 8am this morning with no appointment and Cindy greeted me when I came in the door. She was very pleasant and handled my passport expediting need like a breeze. I don't know why I even considered using some online service for this. Her fees are reasonable and she took care of everything. I just had to show up with my old passport and she took care of everything else. Don't go anywhere but here to get your passport or Visa taken care of. The old one star review from 4 years ago should be removed. This is indeed a Passport and Visa service. Not a travel agency like the review says. UPDATE: My passport was ready even faster than she said it would be. Fantastic!

  Me and my wife lived here from Summer 2014 to March of 2017, during that time this property was bought and has gone down hill fast. The property is old and very outdated to begin with, but with this new management the customer service just went out the window. The rent went up almost immediately after the new management took over, and from the reviews, has continued to go higher. Upon moving out we were consistently told one thing by the front desk clerk Karina, and then the exact opposite thing we were told would happen. For instance we were told at our "check-out" with Karina that our fireplace and blinds were all good to go, only to be billed over $200 a couple of weeks later. Karina even went one step further by telling me and my Wife to our face that the property couldn't technically charge us for any move out damages because they were not the owners during the initial walk-through, but with our move out bill of $1,800+ we soon realized Karina was wrong again. Not only did they charge us for "damages" (that's a whole different dispute), but when we asked them to produce the move in walk-through sheet we filled out when we signed our first lease, they told us they couldn't "find" it...hmmmmmm?? Long story short I paid over $1,700 to move out and insult to injury after they couldn't produce any documentation of utility bills they were charging me for (three extra months to be exact) they have since sold their debt of $69 to a debt collector. If you are looking to move in here PLEASE DON"T! The rent will be too high for outdated bug infested (ants for us) town-homes, and they will squeeze every dollar out of you at move-out. UPDATE: The management company has since reached out to me and taken care of the collections, so it does seem that the management company is trying to better the customer service at this location.

• Review of "Golf Academy of America in Dallas" at Farmers Branch

  Its cliche, but you will get out, what you put in. For me, I was in sales prior to the GAA. I asked the "age old question" If you could do something for the rest of your life, what would you do? The answer for me was Golf!! I enrolled and now own my own business. My business is (Insert Shameless plug LOL) iScoreGolf. This school will fill you up with knowledge. There are so many business avenues in the golf world. You can choose which direction makes more sense for you. The decision to go to the GAA was a paradigm shift that has changed my life!! Highly Recommended!!
